Operation Excellence is mandatory to manage a successful school. Schools should regularly track and manage their assets and resources for effectiveness, efficiency, and high Return-on-Investment (ROI).

Such an exercise gives effective mechanism to take financial decisions, locate the biggest saving opportunities, and give undivided attention to organisational growth.  Each and every School should give very high priority to achieving and maintaining Operational Excellence.
